Last updated: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cresco Zone (“Cresco Zone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the project collaboration platform available at cresco.zone and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Cresco Zone is an internal business tool provided for authorized team members and invited collaborators to manage projects, tasks, files, budgets, notifications, and related workflows. Access is by invitation or account provisioning only; the Service is not a public consumer product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the Service only if you have been granted an account by an authorized administrator and your account remains active. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying an administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise
You must provide accurate account information and keep profile details reasonably up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to your role and in accordance with applicable law and company policies. You must not:
- Access or attempt to access accounts, projects, or data you are not authorized to use
- Share your credentials or allow others to use your account
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes others’ rights
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security or access controls
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
- Use the Service to harass others or to store or distribute unlawful content
4. Content and ownership
Projects, tasks, files, comments, budget records, and other materials submitted to the Service (“Content”) remain owned by you or your organization as applicable under your employment or contractor arrangements. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Content as needed to operate and support the Service.
The Service itself—including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
5. Confidentiality
The Service may contain confidential business information, including project plans, budgets, files, and internal communications. You must treat such information as confidential and use it only as needed for your authorized work, unless disclosure is required by law or expressly permitted by your organization.
6. Roles, permissions, and integrations
Access within the Service is controlled by roles and project permissions. Administrators may grant, change, or revoke access at any time. The Service may exchange limited data with connected systems configured by your organization (for example CRM or other internal tools). Use of those systems remains subject to their own terms and your organization’s policies.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and the Service may be updated, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.
8. Suspension and termination
We or your administrators may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, leave the organization, or no longer require access. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Content may be retained according to organizational retention practices and our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk, subject to applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Privacy
How we collect and process personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your understanding of how the Service operates alongside these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and contact an administrator.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
14. Contact us
If you have questions about these Terms, contact your system administrator or email [email protected].
